CDC Policy Regarding Media Activity

Please keep in mind that, if necessary to avoid confusion, you must clarify that you are speaking in your personal capacity only. You may not reference your official title or position or disclose nonpublic information. In this context, nonpublic information is information that you’ve gained by reason of your HHS employment and know or reasonably should know has not been made available to the general public."
